What does WFL mean?

Win / Fair / Loss — the trader shorthand for judging a deal. Within roughly 10% of even is called fair.

Do mutations change trade value?

Yes, heavily. A mutation multiplies income, and the market prices that in. The values here are for the base unit — a Gold or Diamond version trades well above list.
